What is Fuahub?

Fuahub is software for laundry, dry cleaning and cleaning businesses in Kenya: orders and jobs, M-Pesa, customers and staff on one dashboard, from KSh 1,500 a month.

Do I need a computer?

No. Fuahub works on any phone, tablet or computer with a browser, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

What if the internet goes off?

Orders keep saving on the phone and send themselves when the connection is back.

How long does it take to set up?

About ten minutes: your business, your branch and your price list, which can start from a ready list you edit.

Can my staff use it on their own phones?

Yes. Each attendant signs in to their own account, so you see who took every order and payment.

Is my data safe?

Each business sees only its own data, and it stays yours to export at any time.

Do I get a page for my business?

Yes. Every business gets its own page with prices, hours and a way to order, and can use its own web address.

Can I run laundry and cleaning in one account?

Yes. Both dashboards sit on one account, sharing customers, staff and payments.

How is the price worked out?

KSh 1,500 a month for your first branch and KSh 1,000 for each extra branch, up to 10. Every feature is included at every size. More than 10 branches? Talk to us.

What if I run laundry and cleaning?

Both dashboards on one account cost KSh 500 a month more (KSh 5,000 a year), whatever the number of branches. Already paying for one? Try the other free for 7 days from your dashboard or Billing.

What is an attendant account?

Each attendant signs in with their own account, so you see who took and changed each order. You get 3 for each branch. Your owner account is included and does not count.

Can I add or remove branches?

Yes, in Billing. A branch added while you have paid time costs only the days left, and opens as soon as it is paid. Fewer branches apply from your next payment, once the extra branches are archived.

Is there a free trial?

No. Pay to start, or book a demo first to see it working. Invited by another business? Your first payment is KSh 500 less. If a payment is late, you have 3 more days before the dashboard pauses; your data stays safe.

How do I pay?

With M-Pesa or a card through Paystack, month by month or for a year at 10 months’ price (2 months free). A month covers 30 days and a year 365; paying early adds the time to the end of what you already have.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time in Billing. A cancelled plan keeps working until the paid days end, and no reminders are sent.

Do I get a receipt?

Paystack emails a receipt for every payment, and Billing lists each one.

What if a payment is late?

We email you 3 days and 1 day before it is due, once the day after, and once when access pauses. Nothing more.
