Plain terms for using Fuahub.
Fuahub is a tool for laundry and cleaning businesses to run their orders, items, outlets, customers and staff. It is provided by the operator of Fuahub to the business that signs up, for that business and the people it invites.
The business owns the information it enters: customers, orders, prices and reports. The business may export it, and may ask the operator to close the account and delete it.
The service is provided as it is, without warranty. The operator works to keep it available, keeps the data of each business separate from all others, and tells account owners about incidents that affect them.
Subscriptions and billing
A new business chooses a plan and pays before it starts; there is no free trial, except that a business that signs up with the invite of a business on a paid plan, or through a Fuahub agent's or partner's link, uses Fuahub free for 7 days first (once per owner). The business that invited it earns KSh 1,000 once the new business makes its first payment with at least KSh 1,000 of it in cash (at most five a month). The business pays the plan's monthly price, or its yearly price (10 months' price for 365 days), in Kenya shillings, through Paystack (M-Pesa or card). A monthly payment covers 30 days and a yearly payment 365 days, counted from the end of the time already paid. If VAT ever applies, it is shown before paying.
We email reminders 3 days and 1 day before a payment is due, once the day after, and once when access pauses. Access pauses 3 days after the due date until the business pays; customers' tracking and feedback links keep working.
The business can change or cancel its plan at any time in Billing. A cancelled plan works until the paid days end. Payments are not refunded. After access ends, the business's data is kept for 60 days and then deleted; export it first if you need it.
Account owners are responsible for the people they invite and for keeping sign-in details private. To close an account or ask a question, contact the operator.
Hire staff
Hire staff connects businesses with training schools that list the stewards they trained. The schools, not Fuahub, train, vet and put forward their stewards, and each steward agrees to be listed. Fuahub passes on requests and contact details; it does not recruit, employ or supervise stewards, and is not their employer or agent.
The business decides whom to hire and agrees pay, duties and any placement fee directly with the school and the steward. Fuahub does not guarantee any steward's skills, conduct or availability, and is not responsible for loss or harm arising from a hire, as far as the law allows. Check references and documents before you hire, as you would with anyone.
